Boat cruise along the river Spree through downtown Berlin

Experience Berlin from the water and see its noteworthy sights from
a totally different perspective. The cruise takes place on
September 26th. Participants meet at 4:30 pm at the Japanese-German
Center Berlin
. Busses will take you to the point of department of the
boat and bring you back afterwards. The Japanese-German Center will be
reached at approx. 8 pm. The boat follows the river through the
historical inner city. The 1 hrs 45 min lasting tour is accompanied
by an english-speaking guide. During the tour coffee, cake
(apple, cheese or cherry) and sparkling wine is offered.

Start:   1. Hansabridge, Hansaquarter
           2. House of the Cultures of the World
           3. Area of government administration
           4. District center/Friedrichsstrasse
           5. Isle of Museums
           6. Mühlendammschleuse
           7. Nikolaiquarter
           8. Bridge "Oberbaum"
           9. Landwehrkanal
End:   10. Bridge of Cottbus


You will start by Hansabridge at the Hansaquarter, passing the House of the Cultures of the World,
the area of government administration,
the district center/Friedrichsstrasse, the historical town centre, the cathedral, Isle of Museums,
you will continue by the Nikolaiquarter and further up to the Mühlendammschleuse. On then, to
the bridge "Oberbaum" and along the Landwehrkanal to the final station:
the bridge of Cotttbus.
